Easily documenting version of each external projects

Jean-Christophe Fillion-Robin
Hi all,

Once integrated, PR #685 will allow generation of files of the form "version-<proj>.txt" in the top level directory.

Each file will contain:

   ProjectName ProjectVersion

See https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/pull/685

This is a first building block that will allow to easily describe a given version of 3D Slicer.

Thanks
Jc
