Hi all.
I am trying to build the latest stable build 4.6.2 (25516).
It is Win7 x64 using VS2013. CMAKE 3.7.2

I have previously compiled 4.5 versions without an issue.
I am currently getting these errors from the CMAKE log

Slicer_25516\Slicer\CTK-build\CTK-build\CMakeFiles\CMakeTmp\CheckSymbolExists.cxx(8) error C2065: 'Q_WS_X11' : undeclared identifier
Slicer_25516\Slicer\CTK-build\CTK-build\CMakeFiles\CMakeTmp\CheckSymbolExists.cxx(8) error C2065: 'Q_WS_QWS' : undeclared identifier
Slicer_25516\Slicer\CTK-build\CTK-build\CMakeFiles\CMakeTmp\CheckSymbolExists.cxx(8) error C2065: 'Q_WS_MAC' : undeclared identifier

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
